Sometimes it was by a particular way you stood that would simulate weightlessness. When you see the lunar EVAs, that was done with very large helium balloons that were attached to the backpacks (actually the harnesses) that the stuntmen wore. And that would essentially create the 1/6 gravity appearance of the Moon. That's basically how we did it. There were some special effects added in later, but very few.
